The lounge features a baby grand piano, cello, and other instruments for the live bands to fill the air with the sounds of jazz music. Check their calendar online for the different bands that play and find your favorite. While you’re listening, enjoy the romantic lighting and have a seat at the horseshoe shaped bar or a nearby table to have a drink. There’s no shortage of selection here. Over 200 wines are yours to choose from as well as a full bar. Eddie V’s bartenders will skillfully create any drink you can dream up. For a quick bite to eat, appetizers are served all night long, and half price at happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. nightly. The lounge is so inviting and fun, you may never even make it to the dining room, and at Eddie V’s, that’s just fine.
When you are ready to venture out beyond the amazing lounge, the main dining room is just as welcoming. Have a seat in a cozy booth or comfortable high backed chair. The blue glass chandeliers that hang from the ceiling make it feel like you are close to the ocean. So does the food! There are so many choices at Eddie V’s. From swordfish steaks to tuna tartare, there’s something for every seafood taste. The menu starts off with an ample selection of chilled seafood which is perfect for those hot Scottsdale nights. Choose from sashimi, lump crab, or try a little bit of everything with the chilled shellfish tower. Appetizers feature a varied selection of pot stickers, calamari, Maine lobster tacos, and more. The second course has many salads to choose from as well as a Maine lobster and shrimp bisque or crab and corn chowder. The entrees are simply divine. Choose from Prime seafood like Scottish salmon, Florida grouper or Georges Bank scallops. If you’d rather taste turf, a mouthwatering selection of premium Black Angus steaks like center cut filet mignon and New York strip await you. If you like both, feel free to combine a steak with lobster tail or crab. Side dishes are large enough to share and feature fine truffled macaroni and cheese, broccolini with lemon and garlic, steamed asparagus, and more. Be sure to save some room for dessert which your server will describe.
